For those fellow practitioners of SanityGirl 30 challenge..here is a mid-point perspective to consider:
Here now at the 15 day mid-point moment, the matter is tricky. At this moment, although some progress has been made. If you kept an eye on the passing 14-15 days already and marked a few particular moments, it's positive. If you're especially committed to the challenge and really feeling geared up, then you can consciously and with enthusiasm look ahead to the coming 15 days and taste triumph to come.
Personally, I feel greater confidence in myself since the days have taken on new significance due to a specific conscious choice I've made. My own chosen 30 day challenge for this moment was less concrete or tangible, instead, more conceptual. Meaning, I didn't yet know all the activities or tasks necessary to fulfill this challenge. This time, I just dove in with a willingness to test my powers of focus in a particular life area for 30 days. Now, 2 weeks into the process, more defined tasks are developing for me. It's unfolding to be much more challenging than expected, but even more satisfying.
Closing thoughts...sometimes the plan for your challenge unfolds once you already start. If you experience this, its known as delayed onset sanity, It's normal and can improve with continued practice.
